AID STATIONS

NO GLASSES at the aid stations on all courses and at the aid station at the finish. Runners must have their own water container. This measure is part of an effort to reduce the waste generated during the race.

10 KM

Participants will be entitled to a small snack after their race. You must be self-sufficient in water and food throughout the race; no refueling on this course.

10 KM by night

Participants will be entitled to a small snack after their race. There will be one water only aid station placed in the lap area (3 laps total).

17 KM

Participants will be entitled to a small snack after their race. You must be self-sufficient in water and food throughout the race. The aid station is located at the 7th km. See also the suggested equipment on the 17 km page.

21 KM

Participants will be entitled to a small snack after their race. You must be self-sufficient in water and food throughout the race. The aid station is located halfway through the tenth kilometer. See also the suggested equipment on the 21 km page.

57 KM

Participants will be entitled to a small snack after their race. On the 57 km course, there will be four aid stations (14th, 24th, 37th and 47th km). Your family or friends can meet you at the second aid station by following the signs to the « Zec Batiscan- Neilson ». You must be self-sufficient in water and food throughout the race. Please read the mandatory equipment list on the 57 km page. Make sure you have each item because you won’t be able to start without them.
