Trans Vallée has a “No refund” policy.
Participants who volunteer and wish to postpone their registration to the following year will be granted a deferral. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request this option.
Bibs can be transferred to other participants via Runreg for a 10$ fee, plus any applicable entry fee difference, until August 1st, 2022. Step by step instructions have been included in your registration confirmation email.
RACE DISTANCE CHANGES
Participants may switch to a different race category for a 10$ fee, plus any applicable entry fee difference, via Runreg until August 1st, 2022. Step by step instructions have been included in your registration confirmation email.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event the race is cancelled, a newsletter will be sent to all participants who will have 15 days to either choose to:
- Postpone their registration to the following year;
- Donate all of some of their registration fee to the Trans Vallée Organization;
- Obtain a full refund, minus administrative fees;
